2. Information we collect through our Games
Our Games are single-player and do not require you to create an account with us. We do not collect, store or sell any personal information through our Games. Game progress and settings are saved locally on your console.
3. PlayStation Network and Sony Interactive Entertainment
When you buy, download or play our Games on PlayStation®, Sony Interactive Entertainment (“SIE”) may collect and process information about you, such as your account details, purchases, trophies and gameplay activity. SIE handles this information under its own privacy policy, available at playstation.com/legal/privacy-policy. SIE may provide us with aggregated, non-identifying statistics (for example, total sales or play counts), which we use to understand how our Games perform.
4. When you contact us
If you email us, for example for support, we will receive your email address and whatever information you choose to include in your message. We use this only to respond to you, and keep it only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. Our lawful basis for this is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
5. Sharing your information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We only share it where required by law, or with service providers (such as our email provider) who process it on our behalf and under appropriate safeguards.
6. International transfers
Where personal information is transferred outside the UK, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place as required by UK data protection law.
7. Children
Our Games are rated for older players and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Your rights
Under UK and EU data protection law you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at yaser@supervoid.software. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or your local data protection authority.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the date it was last updated.
